Dr. John G. Hipps

Dr. Hipps used his experiences as a family doctor practicing in rural Pennsylvania to write a book.  The book could be called nothing but, "The Country Doctor Alive and Well".  It is a story of Dr. Hipps love for the land and its people.

Dr. Hipps began his medical career as an occupational and environmental specialist for the steel industry.  He spent time in Africa, and in the western United States with Native American Indian Tribes and throughout the Appalachian Mountains of Pennsylvania.  Today Dr. Hipps gives seminars on health homes and workplaces.
