Robert Vbroncic prides himself on making wooden items the old fashion way. At the age of 16 he began an apprenticeship with a carpenter's union in the Pittsburgh area. It took him 20 years to fulfill his dream of owning his own business called, Future Antiquities.
He welcomes the chance to design custom heirlooms for customers. “We collaborate with the client to conceive a distinctive design that incorporates the customer’s desires and meets their needs,” explains Vbroncic. Vbroncic’s work is not limited to jewelry boxes, cutting boards and trivets, he has created furniture with detailed inlay designs, and built-in cabinetry. For the wine lover, he makes trivets out of corks. More of Vbroncic work can be found at www.futureantiquities.com/
